We all have a message to deliver. A desire for radical self expression. How do we utilize our mind without getting stuck in our thoughts? This workshop begins with a guided meditation to clear ourselves and connect with something beyond us. We will then begin a group channel-writing experience followed by an open share from the collective heart.
