Morning Yoga - Welcome to practice yoga in a way that honors your body, and allows peace to the mind and soul. This class combines traditional hatha postures with vinyasa flows that allow our energies to softly awaken. The stretches help us open our hearts, find our essence by working with courage and vulnerability while bringing balace and harmony to our spirit. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat.
