Shortest shorts wins. You will be assessed using a taint (tape) measure, from bottom of inseam up, across, and down to opposite inseam. Exposed testicles is an automatic DQ. Speedos are not shorts. Ladies are encouraged to encourage men to participate and wear their shortest shorts and to cheer on male participants. Sorry ladies!
