This is a massive consciousness boosting Crystal Grid World Peace Meditation composed of 3 parts: a mudra meditation, a pineal gland opening gamma breath activation, and a bow spring dynamic body movement. Throughout the whole meditation we will be in the transducing sounds of crystal healing bowls. We are providing this as a way for the citizens of BRC to help focus intentions for the journey to come.
