Description:

Animals imbibed ethanol 10 million years ago, and orangutans make wine. Learn why! We’ll taste varietals and develop our appreciation.

Come join our winemaker for tastes and insights into joy of wine! The cycles of nature have met the craft of making wine for 5,500 years as we’ve co-evolved with these vines. We’ll develop our sensory awareness and do some blind tastings as we learn about the history and current practice of wine-
making.
