The Director of ElephantsNow.org will provide an overview of Asian Elephants and their plight, with stories and solutions. Philip Price is founder of ElephantsNow.org, and the "I Love Elephants" theme camp at Burning Man. Sixteen years a Burner, he believes the magic pill to save species will be found within the matrix of creative minds that attend this event. He has more than 20 years of activism toward saving Asian elephants. He is on the front lines - using documentary filmmaking, social media and consciousness raising as his primary tools. Fostering orphaned elephants and providing essential equipment to the front lines veterinarians and rangers in Asia is a major part of his organizations efforts.
