Embody your inner kitten! Join your favorite playa kitties for House Cat Yoga. Stretch out your mind, body and soul in a fun, groovy flow class with alignment instructions. Following class will be a short guided meditation including Pranayama breathing technique. Your instructor/DJ will take you on a journey to discovering the playful pussy in you! Beginners welcome, bring your own mat/blanket if you have one.
