Description:

Class will begin with a quick warm-up and aerial conditioning exercises. Students will then learn a combo of several aerial hoop tricks. Harder options will be given to more advanced students. Class will end with a partner trick. Requests are also encouraged! All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
