Description:
Clay figures of children for the Garden of Bright Children.
We would like to invite you to take part in modeling your own clay child.
Everyone will be able to visit our camp to create their own child, expanding the range of figures that will join the Garden every day.
In the end of the BM, you can become a parent for any clay child was born in Ukraine or at the Desert!
We will perform an interactive map and you will be able to see where the clay children comes from, who are theirs parent now and where they left.
Art project "Garden of Bright Children" Description:
Project presented by clay figures of children, made from layers of clay, hardened and burned.
Inside the figures we place a paraffin candle, so here the name of the project comes from - clay children are brightened from inside.
The figures will be placed on a metal "trees", there will be more than 250 pieces per 15 "trees".
Participants of the "Burners Community of Ukraine" with their children and friends were invited to join the project, to create their own clay child.
The project "Garden of Bright Children" was launched in 2018 and was first introduced in November at Burning Man Decompression in Ukraine.
The "Garden of Bright Children" became an exhibit at the contemporary art ceramics festival "TseGlyn 2018" and at the festival "Tape 2019".
Mission:
Our mission is to allow people to create something with their own hands with no fear. To show people that art can be light, pleasant and beautiful. To give an understanding that you dont have to be a professional to create a masterpiece.
Idea:
The idea of the project is in a message to adults - in this new world we have less and less attention to children.
While the problems of adults can be solved precisely because of the pure kindness that lays in children.
