Self-defense is not only a way to protect yourself from physical attacks. It also increases your self-awareness through learning your capabilities. Especially participants who tend to be victimized, can improve their external aura with a more confident nature and experience a more calm state of mind in difficult situations. Wing Tsun is a thoughtful and effective martial art. Its basic concepts can be used in various situations and not only applied to fighting and self-defense but also to personal relationships.
