Description:

This workshop will be put on by therapists and cousins: Eleanor Hooper and Garrett Hooper. We believe that once you learn Attachment Theory, you can never "unlearn" Attachment Theory. In our workshop, we will first thing, have you take an attachment quiz so you can get to know your own tendencies in relationship. The different attachment styles we will be addressing are: anxious, avoidant and secure. Then, we will go over what attachment theory is, where is comes from, and why it matters. We will offer techniques so you can move more towards a secure attachment. We will go over different real life scenarios so the material can be practiced on the Playa, right then and there!
