Description:

This class is dedicated to the process of opening up the pure support and affection in our hearts with a participatory exploration of our ability to be vulnerable. With exercises ranging from Eye Gazing, Energetic Sensing, to even Cuddling, all participants are brought into a safe space to move through emotional blocks and explore the breakthrough of facing the fears and limitations that have brought about discomfort in the idea of being appreciated and acknowledged.
