Each and every workshop begins with the vital life source practice of pranayama, before taking you through a fabulous flow of the the core and asana's to balance your feminine and masculine energies. Then we come together as a group for connected yoga and hug healing, to feel the true joy of community with other beings of this divine Universe in a truly authentic and loving manner. Then enjoy being bathed in the sensation of sound. By using rhythm and frequency, from a variety of tools such as; drums, gongs and singing bowls, the brainwaves will experience a down-shift, getting you ready for the finale, closing mediation with a body scan to see where this journey has taken you.
