Did you know that prosecco is not the same as champagne? They both have bubbles though! Come learn what makes them different through a yoga flow that combines fun wine facts and yogaposes. We will end with a guided tasting of two different types of sparkling wine, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses. Come flow and sip and toast the morning!
