Meditation for Body Awareness & Connecting to Self

Come feel IN your body by starting the session with DANCE and Authentic Movement (a form of self-directed movement which emanates from our conscious and unconscious states) and work to bring up sensations, feelings, images, memories, fantasies, and overall curiosity, followed by a guided meditation to connect with your I AM presence. As we ground ourselves, balance our chakras, and show ourselves, our bodies, and our spirits deep love and compassion, we hope to awaken within an acceptance and LOVE of our human forms.
