I'll describe the protocol we've been using in our community in Sonoma County, CA and discuss why community led circles are better than ones mediated by professionals or organizations. Workshop will touch on the theory of peer integration, power dynamics in the integration setting, the format and principles of the circle. My ulterior motive is to enroll you to participate in a circle later in the week.
