Inner peace keeping helps you fight against stress and allows you to develop well-being by reconnecting with your soul, body and spirit.
Created by a group of experts in yoga, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, this innovative program was first offered to humanitarian workers and refugees suffering from post-traumatic stress, depression, burnout and anxiety before being offered to everyone.
Amandine Roche became a Hatha Yoga teacher in India and studied meditation with Amma, Goenka, Dalai Lama and Karmapa. In the United States, she studied Vinyasa Yoga with Seane Corn and Mindfulness Meditation with Jon Kabat Zinn. She founded the Amanuddin Foundation in Kabul/Afghanistan to disseminate peace and non-violence education programs and teach yoga and meditation in schools, prisons, the army, women's centers and the Taliban. .She has just found inner peace Corps to heal the invisible wounds of war and restore human dignity with Art in Middle East.
