Want to know the secrets to becoming more flexible at yoga without hurting yourself? It’s all in the posture you begin with. Come join us for an alignment based Mindful practice! You will discover ways to gain more flexibility and mobility without creating pain, tension or injury. This method is based on a 30-year longitudinal research studying the spines of people in disparate developing countries where they coincidentally have the same spine shape and no incidence of back pain. You can find this shape too! All levels welcome.
