Description:
Learn to discern a consensual from a non consensual hug, and whether it could lead to a potentially unwanted physical or sexual encounter. We teach the use of calm verbal de-escalation and demonstrate the use of acupressure on select meridian points in a gentle but effective fashion. We start and end with a brief meditative session or EFT with visualization, in order to still maintain the focus of love and positive energy throughout.
