Wake up your body and mind with an all levels, medium paced vinyasa style yoga class. Class will begin by grounding and centering with mindfulness meditation and breathwork and then move seamlessly into a movement meditation of physical postures linked with breath. Maybe the healthiest thing you do all week, but we’re not judging.
