Description:
Ever wanted to try aerial hoop or are you missing your regular aerial practice? Then stop by! Class will begin with a warm-up, and then we’ll explore a couple beginner level tricks. Class will end with a flow putting these tricks together. All levels welcome, no experience necessary! Requests are welcome too.
