Join our somm, Cork Dork, & learn the basics of wine making, tasting & pairing in our dust-free medieval tent. There will be plenty of amazing wines to taste as you "study". This class is followed by a Cork Dork curated tasting of Old and New World wines. Test what you learned in class...or just drink and have fun!
