A clinical psychologist is eager to return to the Playa and engage with you in a positive psychology intervention that she developed to increase self-compassion. As a child, you may have fallen down and your parents did not want you to be scared so they would say ‘whoops’ to tell you that it’s okay and that you can get right back up. You are invited to come play a game that celebrates mistakes while increasing your self-compassion, positive emotions and relationships.
