This is the most diverse of all Latin dances, stemming from traditional Lambada and making its way into every dance scene from hip-hop, to breakdancing, footwork, swing…etc. It flows with your natural body rhythms. Just tap into your own history, how you hear and feel the music and be able to communicate that to another person through your body language. Tell me the story of your day with you body.
