On the journey to happiness, we each strive to reach a general sense of wellbeing, an inner feeling that “all is well". In this session we will break down this sense of peace into five aspects of wellbeing that correlate with the five dimensions of time. People tend to spend most of their time pulled into one of the following 5 dimensions of time: the Distant past, Recent past, Present, Near future, or Far future.

We will check which of the five dimensions we are okay with, and which still need some work. Once we shine light on each of the dimensions, we clear it for life. The goal is to be content in all five dimensions, which is a consistent state of happiness.
