Join us for our sacred ceremony with Rootist Yoga, & the sacred plant medicines Cacao, Hape', Sound Medicine, & sacred Tarot card readings. Event is from 11:11am - 1:11pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Pranayama,  balancing your feminine/masculine energies, connected yoga, and hug healing, to feel the true joy of being divinely rooted! Then enjoy being bathed in the sensation of sound. By using rhythm and frequency, from a variety of tools such as; drums, gongs, and singing bowls, the brainwaves will experience a down-shift, getting you ready for the finale, a closing mediation with a body scan to see where this journey has taken you.
