Join us for our sacred ceremony with Rootist Yoga, Seeds of Life & experience the sacred plant medicines of Cacao, Hape', Shamanic Sound Medicine, sacred Tarot card readings. & pranayama to help balancing your feminine/masculine energies. Experience connected yoga, and hug healing, to feel the true joy of being divinely rooted! Then enjoy being bathed in the sensation of sound. By using rhythm and frequency, from a variety of tools such as; drums, gongs, and singing bowls, the brainwaves will experience a down-shift, getting you ready for the finale, a closing mediation with a body scan to see where this journey has taken you.
