Description:

"The BRC Weather Manipulation Service", offered by the Black Rock City Boat Club has a many year history of service and accuracy featuring howling and all other incantations at the Rain Gods both spontaneously and on request all with the desired outcome. The Service's 100% perfect record in predicting Playa Monsoons has been and continues to be of immeasurable service to the safety of the BRC Annual Regatta. Manipulations available on request, no appointment needed.
