"Burning Survivors began as a walk at the Burn in 2006, and continues every year to celebrate the fact that we are negotiating cancer and living our lives. We are radically surviving! We are community. We are present. We are as radically self-reliant as we can be. We will walk from the man to the temple to flip cancer the bird, give a big yeeehaw, and feel the warmth of our fellow burning survivors.
