An immersive experience into non-ordinary states of consciousness. Using movement, breath, sound, and silence, we will traverse the realms of consciousness and embodied awareness. We will use movement meditations to release programming, shift mental states and establish our intentional practice.
Through breathwork we can touch feelings of bliss and deep love, release trauma, experience joy, tap into our own sanctuary of vast wisdom, and revel in profound relaxation. Tears, laughter, unexpected feelings and emotions often surface as we move through layers of conscious and unconscious programming, patterns and behaviors. These are powerful experiences that help us return to a state of natural awareness.
Immersive sound and sacred silence will be offered as tools to help you drop deeper into your body, your awareness and the experience.
This 60-minute experience will transport you deep into yourself, map the outer universe onto your inner awareness, and help you integrate the experience with a period of deep rest. You will leave this experience with the bliss of a quieter mind, a relaxed body and a healing heart.
