Description:

My Dad’s house is holding a safe space for curious bodies. We’ll start with a grounding meditation to find centered stillness, transition into solo movement, and then curiously play with finding synchronicity with another person. Push and pull and lean and fall your way into presence and aliveness. The jam will be lightly guided, beginners and experts are welcome. There will be close physical contact with others, but it is NOT a sexual space.
