Come play improv games with others who want to deepen connections through laughter, creativity, and mindful presence. After playing a bunch of games, we'll get into what being fully present with others and most importantly with ourselves looks like and feels like. We'll delve into exercises that are fun and that can also elicit vulnerability. If you're the type of person who likes to be real and create a safe space for others to open up, we hope you join us.
