Description:

Lutoh is a lighter self created format of butoh which is dark in nature from its creation - it will be a mix, but like to keep it fun and light. We will play with warm ups, exercises , becoming beings, individually and as a group (becoming one life form) and exploring moving through experience and feelings within our movement and within our bodies. And also resonation through other peoples movement and experience. It should be a playful and fun time! :)
