CBD, CBG, and THC are amazing tools that can help us achieve all kinds of goals - recreational and serious alike. This workshop is a starting point for newbies to discover and explore cannabis mindfully, AND for those with experience to further curate their relationship to cannabis. Participants will receive tools and a list of resources to continue a self-guided journey beyond this workshop. THC remains a no-no in federal law so please refrain from using it at or bringing it to this workshop.
