Fun Flow (Tuesday):
Class starts with a seat for inner connection through breath and a guided inner exploration, here we find our center and set our intentions, next we flow in to a warm up followed by a vibrating energy rising flow connecting movement with breath, winding down to explore deep relaxation in shavanasa, using practices of Yoga Nidra and breath work to support us in softening the heart, body and mind.

Pillars of Yoga (Thursday)
· Love / Self-love is where the practice starts from.
· Respect to each one’s individual uniqueness, each one’s body, time, breath, and state of mind, combining asana and breath to lead us to find that calm and quiet inner connection.
· Preparing ourselves for deep relaxation in savasana and meditation, to our connection to creativity, insights, inspirations and much more.
All these wonderful connections are so accessible to all and that is why I believe so strongly in the power of yoga.
