Description:

Start your day with an establishment of a home base (center, grounding, anchor, refuge) for your body and mind to return to throughout the day. Practice discerning your reality so you can distinguish your waking dreams.

Morning Meditation is a 45-minute meditation and 15-minute Q&A based on Vipassana (body and mind awareness) and Metta (tenderness) practices. The meditation will be in silence and also guided upon request.

The intention of the Morning Meditation is to awaken the miracles in each of us so as we get to experience the miracles of being alive. All levels and experienced practitioners are welcome. The Guiding Practitioner is there to create spaciousness, a grounding container, for all to practice together.
