Description:

This class is designed to balance the fire element in Chinese medicine and the cleanse the correlating organs with a 20 min qi gong practice. Qi gong is gentle slow movements intended to purify the meridians (energy streams) this practice will focus on the fire element of the heart, small intestine, heart protector, and triple heater. We will be begin with discussing the psycho/emotional effects of fire and the season of summer and create an intention for our experience. We will end with a 30 minute yoga nidra (guided meditation in corpse pose) that will focus on fire element qualities. This practice will leave you inspired and calm. Join me!
