Overview: Solar eclipses are one of nature's most spectacular events. In this talk, Michael tells the story of how he became fascinated as a child and later made 7 trips to eclipses in remote regions of the earth. In addition to experiencing foreign cultures and landscapes, he was able to photograph rarely documented phenomena that are generated by the shadow of the moon.

Bio: Michael is a professional observatory builder, amateur astronomer, landscape photographer, and eclipse chaser.
