A dance/movement practice to explore the feeling of moving freely in your body, mind and spirit. You will be invited to play, connect, stretch, swirl, release, improvise and transform with stay connected to your body and space. We will connect with our bodies and release the wild self within through movement. This movement will take you out of the judging mind and into a space of radical self love and expression. The dance with open your heart while releasing stagnant energy. You will become the dance.
