Pāʻina Wai Niu ("coconut water party") We get into funky Hawaiian garb, haul in ice, and indulge in organic, revitalizing coconut water out of reusable coconut shell cups, called apu in Hawaiian (that we lovingly collected on our shores and sanded ourselves) while blasting some of our favorite Hawaiian songs.
