Darkwad Patrol Light Distribution in Kidsville
Description:
"Darkwad Patrol" distributes lights to dark burners and abandoned bikes. And they need the help of the Black Rock Explorers (and their caregivers) to protect the citizens of Black Rock City. Darkwad Partol would like to give the gift of "the light", by sharing light kits for distribution.
Come to Black Rock Headquarters located in the center of Kidsville to receive a light kit. First come, first served. One kit per kid (Adult must be present for pick up.) No shaming when gifting.
You will be able to gift lights to fellow burners who are unlit or poorly lit and would also leave blinky lights attached to dark, unattended bikes. At 6:30, Shireen will share the story of how the light kits came to be and provide instructions on gifting them to “dark Burners.”
Light kits
Each pouch is a flat zippered bags with a DEPUTY Darkwad Patrol sticker on the side. 9” x 4.5” Kids can personalize or gift as is. Kids are welcome to take one light from the bag to place on their own bikes.
Friendly reminder: A parent or guardian must accompany child to all Black Rock Explorer events.
