Shake It Off: Nurturing the Body's Natural Ease

Date and Time:

Type:
Yoga/Movement/Fitness
Located at Camp:
Kamp KISS
Location:
Kamp KISS

Description:

Let the soft animal of your body love what it loves... Neurogenic movements are a key way mammals (that's us!) automatically release excess stress and stuck energy to return to their natural baseline, nice and easy.

In a small, safe community of playanauts, this somatic exploration will remind us how to comfortably access the body's own way of discharging tension through gentle involuntary movements such as tremoring (TRE) and intuitive stretches, concluded with deep integrative rest and group connection.

ABOUT SCOTT:

Scott has been facilitating TRE, Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises, for many years and is stoked to adapt it to the playasphere via Kamp KISS!
