Experiencing the capacity to build institutions that incorporate our values can be profoundly liberating. But this can also be all-consuming. Is there something inherent in building institutions that is inconsistent with joy and freedom? This talk is a group conversation that examines the journey of successfully creation of institutions that embody our values and whether so doing can help us to actualize "a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible, or whether there are pitfalls inherent to institution-bulding that should be avoided altogether by the light-hearted amongst us.
