Description:

Chaos Flame Dance is a 5Rhythms dance meditation to bring in Burn Night. We will shake the unneeded old from our body and prepare to send up in flames along with the man any inner shackles, shadows or memories that we wish to leave behind. We will dance into embodied steadiness amidst the chaos, and seek the freedom to stand tall, footsure, and to walk through any darkness and confusion that may twirl about this night. Anyone is welcome to participate in this dance.
