With the 5Rhythms (flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness) as our vessel we will get down and get real with our authentic and unique selves creating sacred expression by moving our bodies to the pulse of deep and ecstatic beats. We come together in this dancing community to explore our edges, to release stagnant energy, to shed our old skin, to peel back layer after layer until we are standing more fully in our most alive- free- beautiful- juicy- selves.
