Description:

Ethereum and other blockchains present a once-in-humanity opportunity to reimagine, recreate, and rebuild better human governance structures from square one--in a decentralized, grassroots fashion of course. Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tezos, and other platforms have run radically different experiments in governance. This talk will examine what's broken with the existing, "real world" system, how blockchain can help, what various blockchain platforms are attempting, what's working and not working, and most importantly, how we can do better. There will be a focus on big-picture ethical challenges like wealth distribution, poverty eradication, and education.
