A free-form dance in which the music guides participants, evoking different emotion states, that are expressed through sound and movement. With no formal structure or steps to follow, there is no right or wrong way to move. The practice aims to drop people out of their heads and into their bodies. Dancers are guided to move past self-limiting beliefs and into deep connection with themselves and others. Past the restrictions of the mind, participants can move authentically, in a way that serves each person in each moment. In this way the practice in a moving meditation of self-expression. As words create a fog that often gets in the way of connecting authentically with ourselves and others, the space is a word-free environment. Clothing optional.
