We'll start with a discussion and practice saying and hearing “no," interactive role playing, some sensual ice breakers, and have candid discussion about what you want to do, how you want to do it, and who you want to do it with. And are you into groups? We'll also learn about consent in groups and how to step up and stand up for your friends. These skills build confidence and connection because nothing is sexier than hearing yes or respecting a no.
