This is the big one – the event we plan for all year long. Once again, we return to the playa with our signature Tri Tip BBQ, where we will grill 140 lbs. of beef tri-tip, expected to fee around 600 people. And the bar, of course. This will be our 8th year hosting this event (3rd consecutive as Honest MiSteak, as Dare to be Rare in 2015-2016, and as Camp Dawdle in 2012-2014), and we have always passed NV Health inspections with flying colors. We’ll be pushing the living room furniture in our public shade structure well out of the way to open up plenty of room on the dance floor for people to get down to some amazing tunes thanks to some DJ friends from around the playa.
