Moon? Green cheese? Please. In a solemn ritual, the high priests of Salon Soleil will sacrifice our titular deity—the sun—as embodied in a glorious wheel of golden Gruyère. The body will be distributed among the faithful (that's you!) for consumption in molten form in the world’s largest al fresco fondue party. To much rejoicing (you, again), the ritual will culminate in a festive fire jam.
